Dugdales digital is an independent digital retailer in the North of England based in the Granada region.
Now in its 19th year, the business, formerly known as Dugdale’s TV, Video and Satellite, has now expanded its installation and service area to cover the whole of the North West region.
Located at Astra House, Chatburn Road, Clitheroe, Dugdale’s has undergone a complete renovation to cope with customer demand and now boasts a call centre as well as a revamped showroom.
This means customers can now phone from anywhere in the North West with the knowledge that installation is guaranteed by one of Dugdale’s own or a freelance fitter within 48 hours of receiving their Sky card.
Managing Director Mr David Dugdale commented on how well the new system was working: “We are now in the position where we are installing up to 30 Sky systems per week.”
The television retail side of the business is also going from strength to strength, with the showroom housing some of the very latest models
